Clinical Pilates at Resolve Physiotherapy

At Resolve Physiotherapy we offer Clinical Pilates sessions, run on a 1:1 basis to teach the basics of Pilates for beginners to intermediate level.  Clinical Pilates is aimed at those with a clinical need for physiotherapy led Pilates instruction.  This will be determined during you initial consultation.  Pilates appointments last between 45 and 60 minutes, progressing week by week.  You will be given exercises to do at home to complement your individually tailored sessions allowing further progression between appointments.

In Preparation For Your Appointment – You will need to:

  • Wear loose jogging bottoms/shorts
  • Wear a top that will enable you to move without restriction
  • Wear socks and be prepared to remove your shoes
  • Bring a bottle of water
